Created in tandem with the University of Colorado Denver and CU Anschutz Medical Campus, HelpCompass was developed with a shared vision of designing an easy-to-use method of connecting students, faculty, and staff with vital services before and during crisis. Customized to each unique campus, HelpCompass supports higher ed institutions by streamlining support in crisis situations and normalizes the need and use of campus services. Designed for the Whole Campus
Our human-centered design and research sprints revealed how many people on campus are unaware of the extent of support services available to them, as well as how to effectively navigate to the proper service in a timely manner. HelpCompass offers an anonymous, organized, and easily-navigable access point that takes the guesswork out of finding the right supports in the right moment.
