Zach knew he was put on this earth to help people. His eagerness to find solutions and create a better world for others has been at the forefront of his time and experiences. Zach’s success in his own mental health journey led him to teach and lead a mindfulness program at his alma mater, Denison University, for four years. Zach’s time in college and beyond has been dedicated to giving others mindfulness and mental health tools. Zach’s grit comes from his large handful of life experiences, perseverance through difficult times, and his ability to adapt and tackle problems head on, finding catered solutions for everyone.
